Just Keep Swimming...

When life gets you down, you have to just keep swimming.....

So life got me down and I just kept swimming. I feel like I'm almost back to shore. I went to two doctors yesterday and got help for anxiety and depression, then saw the rheumatologist to talk about the arthritis treatment I'm getting that doesn't seem to be working yet. The anxiety medicine helped me get a little more sleep last night and now I'm back on anti-depressants.

So I've lost my job and am still totally focused on the weight watcher food plan and haven't strayed a bit. I am staying the course... although I'm swimming... at least I'm still moving forward and not staying stuck.

  2. Hey! You were gone for a while and I missed you! Really! I am glad you are back in action! Yay! On the other hand I am bummed that you lost your job... boo! Need me to come and kick someone's ass for you!? My husband is sweating this week because they are doing layoffs. He is not at risk but he can't see that as well as I can. I am glad you have been able to latch on to the WW plan- I know I would have at least 300 boxes of various cereals to binge on if there was job loss in our house... congratulations!

  4. Hey there!!! Glad to see you here and glad to hear you are doing so well on WW. It gives me inspiration! I am so sorry you lost your job, but you are right, everything is part of God's plan and one way or another we always seem to get up and get through it, don't we? I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! Hugs!!

  5. Keep swimming! Just keep swimming!

Way to go staying focused on WW!! That takes a lot of strength to do at a time when there is stress and changes.
Hope you find relief soon from the RA, friend.
